Weekly Goals

Week of November 11th
Keep up the base building!
2 swims (split time building endurance and refining technique with drills)
2 cardio ( perhaps it's time to fire up the wind trainer, or check out a spin class)

Week of November 4th
- 2 training days at the pool - 30 min swim workout with stroke of your choice
- 2 days cardio - either run/bike or do both!
